Overview

Baby Cash Cat is fan fiction with a ticker. The story starts before the green app, before the IPO, and before a chain built for “serious” finance. Two founders needed a name. One option on the table was Cash Cat: a cat sitting on money, cute on purpose, made for regular people who just wanted a shot. It was not grand enough. Someone said it lacked power. A better story won — Robin Hood of finance, fighting for the little guy — and the cat got left in a drawer.
